Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply when you book and undergo treatments at Studio Michellé, regardless of whether the booking is made through our website laserhårborttagning.nu, by phone, or directly in our studio. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking

Treatments can be booked via our website, by phone, or on-site at our studio. A booking is binding once you have received a confirmation from us by email or SMS. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this must be done no later than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. For later cancellations, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the full amount for the treatment will be charged. This also applies in cases of illness or other absence, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; however, the price valid at the time of booking will always apply to your treatment. Payment is made at the time of the treatment, either on-site at the studio or through the payment options we provide.

Gift cards

We offer gift cards that are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards can be used as payment for treatments at Studio Michellé but cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Responsibility and results

Studio Michellé always strives to deliver the best possible results. However, treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual conditions such as skin type, hair growth, and health status. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific result. It is important that you, as the client, provide accurate information regarding your health, medication, or any other factors that may affect the treatment. Studio Michellé is not responsible for injuries or complications that arise as a result of you withholding relevant information.

Right of withdrawal

For the purchase of treatments or gift cards online, the provisions of the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act apply. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the treatment has not already been performed or that the gift card has not been used.

Personal data

When you book a treatment or contact us, we process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Changes to the terms

Studio Michellé reserves the right to update or change these terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website laserhårborttagning.nu.
